Our DDoS Security specialist at Telxius, Martín Pereira, recently took part in a webinar organized in collaboration with NAP Caribe to analyze how DDoS attacks have evolved and what implications they currently have for operators, ISPs, and infrastructure providers.

During the session, Martín provided a technical perspective on the evolution of these threats, the impact they can have on backbone networks and critical infrastructure, and the new mitigation approaches that make it possible to protect not only the target of an attack, but also the transit and origin of malicious traffic. He also addressed the role of technologies such as BGP FlowSpec and the strategies that help strengthen network resilience against increasingly sophisticated attacks.
