Telxius Cable España, SLU (“TCE”), a Telxius Group entity registered as an operator of electronic communications network and services before the Spanish National Commission on Markets and Competition, is considered a provider of intermediary “mere conduit” services for the purposes of the Digital Services Act (Regulation EU 2022/2065 of 19-10-2022, “DSA”).

In this regard, in order to comply with the obligation contained in its art. 15 DSA, it publishes on this page the transparency reports on its content moderation activity referred to in the DSA and its Implementing Regulation (Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2024/2835 of 04-11-2024): number of orders received from Member State authorities; content moderation activity carried out on the provider’s own initiative; number of complaints received; and use of automated means for content moderation purposes.
