Derio Communications Hub
Strategically located in Northern Spain, this hub is just a few kilometers away from subsea cable Marea’s landing point. The Derio Communications Hub offers an open architecture that has been designed to ensure that every carrier, hyperscaler, cloud and/or content provider benefits from its cutting-edge services and its high interconnection capacity.
Derio features Tier III specifications and combines the functionalities of a cable landing station with those of an international PoP, as well as those of state-of-the-art cable transmission capacity. Joining these strengths effectively means a “one-stop shop” for a wide range of cable services.
Derio’s facilities leverage the full potential of subsea cable Marea and connect it to the main communications hubs in Europe such as Marseille, Paris, London or Frankfurt, thus providing our customers with unprecedented levels of interconnection.
