The extension of space, power and capacity strengthens key transatlantic routes for customers and supports growing demand for reliable digital infrastructure in Latin America
Dublin, Ireland; Madrid, Spain and Fortaleza, Brazil, November 28th, 2025 – EllaLink, the pioneering subsea cable operator providing the first direct and diverse high-capacity route between Europe and Latin America, and Telxius, the leading global connectivity provider, are significantly expanding their network capabilities in Fortaleza to meet growing traffic demands across Brazil and wider Latin America.
The EllaLink cable infrastructure in Fortaleza is hosted within Telxius’ data center on an open access basis.
